Sell Your Watch
The Real Number.
Before Anything Else.
Whether you know exactly what you have or you're not sure yet, the process starts the same way. I tell you what it's worth before anything else. I've spent close to ten years buying and placing significant watches privately — with collectors, estate attorneys, and families in the US, Europe, and Asia. That knowledge is yours before any offer is on the table. What you do with it is entirely up to you.
Ways to Sell
-

Outright Sale
Quick. Clean. Fair.
Need liquidity? I'll make a competitive cash offer and handle everything from there. No waiting, no uncertainty — just a fair number and a clean transaction.
-

Consignment
Maximum Value. Zero Headache.
I prep, photograph, and market your watch directly to serious buyers — on my site, social media, and to my private collector network. You keep more. Your watch gets the attention it deserves.
-

Private Placement
Quiet. Intentional. Discreet.
Some watches aren't meant to be listed — they're meant to be placed. For sellers who value discretion above all, I work quietly through a network of trusted collectors. No public listings. No unnecessary exposure.
What I'm Actively Seeking
Before You Decide
How to Sell.
It helps to know whether what you have is something I'm actively looking for. I work with a focused range — rare references, historically significant pieces, and standout examples in original condition.
Fresh-to-market watches are of particular interest. If a piece hasn't been through dealer hands, that matters — and it moves the number.
HOW IT WORKS
Send Photos of What You Have
1
Start by sending pictures of your watch — dial, case, bracelet, caseback, and any box or papers you have. No need for a professional shoot; clear photos from your phone are perfectly fine. This gives us everything needed to evaluate your piece accurately from the start.
We’ll Discuss The Right Path
2
Every watch and every seller is different. We'll have a straightforward conversation about your piece, your timeline, and your goals — then determine together whether an outright purchase or consignment makes the most sense for your situation.
We’ll Structure The Deal
3
Based on the agreed path, I'll put together a clear purchase or consignment agreement through Collected — a platform I founded specifically to bring structure and confidence to transactions like this. No ambiguity, no surprises. Everything is documented and straightforward before anything moves.

We Handle Logistics
4
Get Paid Quickly via Wire Transfer
Whether we meet in person or ship the watch, we've got it covered. When shipping, your watch is fully insured through third-party jewelers insurance — the same standard the professional watch industry relies on. You'll never be left exposed during transit.
For direct purchases, payment is wired promptly once the watch is received and inspected. For consignment, settlement follows within 72 hours after the sale is completed. Fast, clean, and professional — exactly what you should expect.

How do I get started?
1
Fill out the form above with details about your watch, including brand, model, reference. I will typically review and respond within 48 hours. If you have a watch I’m interested we can schedule a call to discuss next steps.
What's the consignment process?
2
Consignment means I list your watch publicly—on my site, social media, and directly to my email list. You get maximum visibility and I handle the entire process. My standard consignment fee starts at 8% of the final sale price. That includes professional photography, copywriting, access to my private collector network, and full management of the process. For higher-value pieces or collections, rates may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis.
What is private placement?
3
Private placement is a more discreet approach. I’ll present your watch directly to select collectors who I know are looking for that kind of piece. No public listings—just a quiet, direct placement.
This is typically best for:
Watches with sentimental or private origin (family heirlooms, discreet liquidation)
Rare references that might attract speculative attention if publicly listed
Sellers who care where their watch ends up
High-net-worth individuals who want anonymity

What kinds of watches are you most interested in?
For an outright sale I will make payment immediately after receiving and inspecting your watch. When selling via consignment or private matchmaking settlement occurs typically within 72 hours (my standard inspection period) after the watch is delivered to the buyer.
It depends on the piece. Common references in great condition can move in days. Rare or niche watches might take a few weeks to find the right home. I’ll always be upfront with expectations and never push a rushed sale.
Absolutely. I’ll walk you through what similar pieces have sold for, what the market looks like today, and what kind of return you can expect—whether we do a consignment, private placement, or direct buy.
